Files you upload

The converter processes files you select to create a downloadable result. Temporary source uploads are removed after the conversion request. Job records contain the file name, size, SHA-256 checksum, selected output format, transaction count and timestamps. Those records and the generated export are removed after the 24-hour expiry, with cleanup running periodically. Downloads may become unavailable sooner if the service restarts.

Financial information

Transaction rows are processed to create your export and preview. Do not upload files unless you are authorized to process them. Use the original statement as the source record and check the preview and totals before importing a result.

Retention and deletion

Temporary files and job metadata are removed at the 24-hour expiry. Cleanup runs periodically, so removal can occur up to 15 minutes after the expiry time. Contact [email protected] with a job ID for questions about a conversion record.

Browser downloads

Downloaded files are saved by your browser and are not automatically removed from your device. Manage those copies using your device's normal file controls.
